目的:寻找更好的标记物,用于甲状腺乳头状癌的诊断与鉴别。方法:选取PTC 78例,NGWPH 32例,蜡块均带有周围正常甲状腺组织作对照,采用CK19、34βE12、MC、Galectin-3和CD56对样本进行免疫组化染色。结果:CK19、34βE12、MC、Galectin-3和CD56在PTC中的阳性表达率分别为100.0%、93.6%、92.3%、98.7%和1.3%。而在NGWPH中的阳性表达率分别为12.5%、3.1%、37.5%、12.5%和96.9%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:5种抗体各有优缺点,CK19、34βE12、CD56的应用价值较高,若能再联合使用MC和Galectin-3以及仔细的图像观察,可以增加PTC诊断及与NGWPH鉴别诊断的准确性。

목적:심조경호적표기물,용우갑상선유두상암적진단여감별。방법:선취PTC 78례,NGWPH 32례,사괴균대유주위정상갑상선조직작대조,채용CK19、34βE12、MC、Galectin-3화CD56대양본진행면역조화염색。결과:CK19、34βE12、MC、Galectin-3화CD56재PTC중적양성표체솔분별위100.0%、93.6%、92.3%、98.7%화1.3%。이재NGWPH중적양성표체솔분별위12.5%、3.1%、37.5%、12.5%화96.9%。량조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:5충항체각유우결점,CK19、34βE12、CD56적응용개치교고,약능재연합사용MC화Galectin-3이급자세적도상관찰,가이증가PTC진단급여NGWPH감별진단적준학성。
Objective:To search for a better marker for papillary thyroid cancer diagnosis and identification.. Methods:Select PTC 78 example and NGWPH 32 cases, the wax block with the surrounding normal thyroid tissue were used as control, the use of CK19, 34βE12, MC, Galectin-3 and CD56 on the samples immunohistochemical staining. Results:CK19, 34βE12, MC, Galectin-3 and CD56 positive expression in PTC rates were 100.0%, 93.6%, 92.3%, 98.7% and 1.3%. In NGWPH the positive expression rate was 12.5%, 3.1%, 37.5%, 12.5% and 96.9%. Difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions:Five kinds of antibodies have their advantages and disadvantages, CK19, 34βE12, CD56 high application value, if then combined with MC and Galectin-3 as well as careful observation of the image, you can increase the PTC diagnosis and differential diagnosis accuracy with NGWPH .
