目的：探讨自理护理工作对扩张性心肌病患者生活质量的影响。方法：将100例扩张性心肌病患者随机分成两组，试验组的患者提供自理护理方式进行护理，对照组的患者采用一般形式的常规性护理，对两组患者的生活质量进行标准评分对比。结果：试验组患者的生活质量评分明显高于对照组患者的生活质量评分。结论：对患有扩张性心肌病的患者采用自理护理方式进行护理，可以有效的提高患者自身日常生活中的整体生活质量。
목적：탐토자리호리공작대확장성심기병환자생활질량적영향。방법：장100례확장성심기병환자수궤분성량조，시험조적환자제공자리호리방식진행호리，대조조적환자채용일반형식적상규성호리，대량조환자적생활질량진행표준평분대비。결과：시험조환자적생활질량평분명현고우대조조환자적생활질량평분。결론：대환유확장성심기병적환자채용자리호리방식진행호리，가이유효적제고환자자신일상생활중적정체생활질량。
Objective:To investigate the effect of self-care on the quality of patients care suffers life of dilated cardiomyopathy. Methods:suffering from dilated cardiomyopathy 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups, patients in the test group to provide self-care approach to nursing care to patients in the control group using the general form of routine care, the quality of life of two groups of patients were standard score comparison.Results:the test group patients quality of life scores than the control group of patients quality of life scores were significantly lmprove. Conclusions:Patients with dilated cardiomyopathy using self care approach to care, can effectively improve the patient's own daily life, overall quality of life.
