目的：探讨以品管圈活动降低心内科患者腹部注射低分子肝素钠引起皮下出血的概率。方法：由10名护士组成品管圈活动组，收集腹部注射低分子肝素钠皮下出血的原因，制定并实施对策，进行效果评价。结果：实施品管圈活动组进行质量改进后，切实降低了腹部注射低分子肝素钠皮下出血率。从改善前的27.94%降至17.64%，完成了目标设定值。结论：采用品管圈活动对心内科患者腹部注射低分子肝素钠皮下出血率进行质量持续改进，有利于降低皮下出血率，同时调动护理人员的工作积极性，提高护士工作成效，提高患者满意度。
목적：탐토이품관권활동강저심내과환자복부주사저분자간소납인기피하출혈적개솔。방법：유10명호사조성품관권활동조，수집복부주사저분자간소납피하출혈적원인，제정병실시대책，진행효과평개。결과：실시품관권활동조진행질량개진후，절실강저료복부주사저분자간소납피하출혈솔。종개선전적27.94%강지17.64%，완성료목표설정치。결론：채용품관권활동대심내과환자복부주사저분자간소납피하출혈솔진행질량지속개진，유리우강저피하출혈솔，동시조동호리인원적공작적겁성，제고호사공작성효，제고환자만의도。
Objective:The study is to explore QCC reduction Cardiology patients' abdominal subcutaneous hemor-rhage probability caused by low molecular weight heparin injection.Methods:Clover Circle was made up of 10 nurses who collected the causes of abdominal subcutaneous hemorrhage due to injection of low molecular weight heparin. Then measures were developed and implemented. Finally effect was evaluated.Results:Implementation of QCC signif-icantly reduced rate of the abdominal subcutaneous hemorrhage caused by injection of low molecular weight heparin from 27.94%to 17.64%, which completed the target setpoint.Conclusion:QCC is administrated in continuous quality improvement of bleeding rate of Cardiology patients with abdominal subcutaneous injection of low molecular weight heparin, which helps to reduce subcutaneous hemorrhage rate, mobilizes the enthusiasm of nurses, and improves the nurses work effectiveness and patient satisfaction.
