目的：探讨腺样体切除在治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎中的作用。方法：回顾分析48例慢性鼻窦炎伴腺样体肥大患儿的临床资料，分成治疗组和对照组，治疗组28例经规范药物治疗后行腺样体切除及功能性内镜鼻窦手术；对照组20例单纯药物治疗。结果：6个月后随访，治疗组18例治愈，9例好转，1例无效，总有效率96.4％，无并发症发生；对照组总有效率60％。两组疗效差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：对伴有腺样体肥大的慢性鼻窦炎患儿行腺样体切除术可取得良好治疗效果，并明显提高患儿生活质量。
목적：탐토선양체절제재치료인동만성비두염중적작용。방법：회고분석48례만성비두염반선양체비대환인적림상자료，분성치료조화대조조，치료조28례경규범약물치료후행선양체절제급공능성내경비두수술；대조조20례단순약물치료。결과：6개월후수방，치료조18례치유，9례호전，1례무효，총유효솔96.4％，무병발증발생；대조조총유효솔60％。량조료효차이구유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：대반유선양체비대적만성비두염환인행선양체절제술가취득량호치료효과，병명현제고환인생활질량。
Objective:To explore effiects adenoidectomy in the treatment of chronic sinusitis in children. Metheds:48 children with chronic nosal sinusitis attended our department,and they wrer randomly divided to control groups (n=20 drug therapy alone),The Clinical date were analyzed retropetively.Result:48 Cases were followed up af-ter six mouths,the treatment group was 96.4%,efficemy of control group was 60%,the efficiency different between the two groups was satistically signiticant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The satisfactory therapentical effect can be achieved by adenoidectomy in the treatment of chronic sinusitis in children accompanied adenoidal hypertrophy,children showed a dramatic improvement on quality of 1ife.
