目的：观察比较腹腔镜肾癌根治术与开放肾癌根治术相关指标与疗效。方法：选取行腹腔镜下肾癌根治术患者50例为腹腔镜组，开放式50例为开放组，比较相关指标。结果：腹腔镜组人均手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、拔除引流管时间分别为（100．8±23．0） min、（55．1±19．6）ml、（6．0±1．5）d、（2．5±0．6）d优于开放组（130．5±22．5）min、（253．5±44．9）ml、（10．6±2．4）d、（4．0±1．6）d，腹腔镜组并发6例次低于开放组13例次，差异显著（P＜0．05）；所有手术均获成功。结论：腹腔镜应用于肾癌根治术中，具有创口小、时间短、患者恢复快等优点，且安全可靠，值得临床应用。
목적：관찰비교복강경신암근치술여개방신암근치술상관지표여료효。방법：선취행복강경하신암근치술환자50례위복강경조，개방식50례위개방조，비교상관지표。결과：복강경조인균수술시간、술중출혈량、주원시간、발제인류관시간분별위（100．8±23．0） min、（55．1±19．6）ml、（6．0±1．5）d、（2．5±0．6）d우우개방조（130．5±22．5）min、（253．5±44．9）ml、（10．6±2．4）d、（4．0±1．6）d，복강경조병발6례차저우개방조13례차，차이현저（P＜0．05）；소유수술균획성공。결론：복강경응용우신암근치술중，구유창구소、시간단、환자회복쾌등우점，차안전가고，치득림상응용。
Objective: To observe and compare the laparoscopic radical nephrectomy and open nephrectomy related parameters and effect of radical.Methods: laparoscopic radical nephrectomy for 50 cases of patients of laparoscopic group, 50 cases of open group open, comparing the rele-vant index.Results: the average operation time of laparoscopic group, amount of bleeding, hospitalization time, extraction of drainage tube time was (100.8 ±23) min, (55.1 ±19.6) ml, (6 ±1.5) d, (2.5 ±0.6) d is better than the open group (130.5 ±22.5) min, (253.5 ±44.9) ml, (10.6 ±2.4) d, (4 ±1.6) d, with 6 cases in laparoscopic group is lower than that of the open group in 13 cases, significant difference (P<0.05); all the operation were successful.Conclusion: the application of laparoscopy in radical nephrectomy, with small wound, time is short, quick recovery in patients, and it is safe and reliable, and is worthy of clinical application.
