酶工程是一门理论性与应用性很强的综合性学科，已经成为生物技术专业的一门重要课程。结合教学实践，探讨了如何通过优化理论和实验教学内容、改进教学方法、开设综合性实验、实施理论与应用并重的教学模式，以提高学生的课程理论知识和实际应用能力。
酶工程是一門理論性與應用性很彊的綜閤性學科，已經成為生物技術專業的一門重要課程。結閤教學實踐，探討瞭如何通過優化理論和實驗教學內容、改進教學方法、開設綜閤性實驗、實施理論與應用併重的教學模式，以提高學生的課程理論知識和實際應用能力。
매공정시일문이론성여응용성흔강적종합성학과，이경성위생물기술전업적일문중요과정。결합교학실천，탐토료여하통과우화이론화실험교학내용、개진교학방법、개설종합성실험、실시이론여응용병중적교학모식，이제고학생적과정이론지식화실제응용능력。
Enzyme engineering,as a comprehensive science with extensive theory and application,is an im-portant curriculum required for the undergraduate major in biology technology at universities.Based on teaching practices,we have discussed how to improve students’knowledge of theory and to enhance their capability of practical application through optimizing the teaching contents of theory and experiments,a-dopting the advanced teaching methods,offering the comprehensive experiments,and employing the teaching mode of balancing theory and application.
