针对烟叶烘烤过程中的不同时期对温度的不同要求和传统 PID 控制的不足，设计了基于模糊 PID 的烟叶烤房温度控制系统。该系统综合了模糊控制和传统 PID 控制的优点。当系统参数发生变化时，利用模糊控制理论对传统 PID 参数进行在线修改，使得系统在较小超调的情况下获得较短的调节时间和良好的平稳性。仿真与试验结果表明：该控制系统具有稳定性好、控制精度高的特点，提高了烟叶烘烤的质量。

Based on the different requirements of temperature in the different period of tobacco baking process and the deficiency of the traditional PID control,a tobacco curing temperature control system based on fuzzy PID has been designed.In the system the advantages of the fuzzy control and the traditional PID control have been synthesized.When the system parameters changed,the traditional PID parameters would be modified online by means of the fuzzy control theory in order to make the system get shorter reg-ulating time and good stability in smaller overshoot.Simulation and test results show that the control sys-tem characters in good stability and high control precision,improving the quality of the tobacco baking.
