运用“压力状态响应”概念框架模型,建立达茂旗生态安全评价指标体系,计算出压力、状态和响应3个准则层的指数值和生态安全综合指数值,研究发现：达茂旗生态安全综合评价值从2000年的0.512降低到2005年的0.489,2010年又上升到0.494,表明该地区近10年的生态系统承载力整体下降,但随着近几年围栏封育等生态工程的恢复,生态承载力有一定的上涨趋势.

By means of “pressure-state-response”conceptual framework model,ecological security evalua-tion index system has been established in this paper with a case study of DarhanMaoming'an Joint Banner to calculate the index value of the pressure,state and response three rule layer and comprehensive index value of the ecological security.Results show that comprehensive index value of the ecological security in DarhanMaoming'an Joint Banner,down from 0.5 12 in 2000 to 0.489 in 2005,and up to 0.494 in 2010. This reflects the ecosystem carrying capacity of this region decline in nearly ten years.Because the ecologi-cal restoration project such as fence closed over the years,the ecological bearing capacity has a upward trend.
