目的：调查分析药房退药情况，减少退药，强化科学用药。方法对我院病区各科2012年10月～12月退药原因、品种、金额等进行统计分析，并与2011年和2010年同期进行比较。结果2012年10月～12月共退药2346例次，金额为478937．43元，每例次平均退药195．00元；退药原因主要为患者出院、更改医嘱，要求退药；退药科室主要为脑血管科、呼吸科、儿内科及心内科等，占51．67％；退药品种主要为抗微生物药，占32．44％；该年4季度退药率3．45％。结论我院病区各科均有退药，其量大面广，品种多，原因复杂。今后应加强医院管理，制定相应措施，减少退药。
목적：조사분석약방퇴약정황，감소퇴약，강화과학용약。방법대아원병구각과2012년10월～12월퇴약원인、품충、금액등진행통계분석，병여2011년화2010년동기진행비교。결과2012년10월～12월공퇴약2346례차，금액위478937．43원，매례차평균퇴약195．00원；퇴약원인주요위환자출원、경개의촉，요구퇴약；퇴약과실주요위뇌혈관과、호흡과、인내과급심내과등，점51．67％；퇴약품충주요위항미생물약，점32．44％；해년4계도퇴약솔3．45％。결론아원병구각과균유퇴약，기량대면엄，품충다，원인복잡。금후응가강의원관리，제정상응조시，감소퇴약。
Objective To investigate and analyze the conditions of drug repercussion in pharmacy ,and to decrease the behavior of drug repercussion and strengthen the scientific use of medicine .Methods The causes and breeding money of the returned drugs from Oct .to Dec .in 2012 in every department of our hospital were analyzed compared with that in 2011 and 2010 .Results There were 2 346 cases of drug repercussion between Oct .to Dec .in 2012 .The returned drugs were 478 937 .43 yuan with 195.00 yuan average for each case .The main reasons of the drug repercussion were the patients discharge ,alteration of medical orders and the returned drugs from doctors .The main departments of drug repercussion were blood vessel of brain ,breath ,pediatrics and inter-nal medicine of the heart which occupied 51 .67% .The main kind of the drug repercussion was antimicrobiotics (32 .44% ) .The rate of the drug repercussion was 3 .45% in Oct .to Dec .in 2012 .Conclusion There were drug repercussion cases in all the de-partments of the hospital .The amount of the returned drugs were large ,and the causes were complex .So strengthening the man-agement of hospital and making appropriate counter measures are necessary .
