目的：研究葡萄酒与葡萄酒协同洋葱对糖尿病模型小鼠血糖的影响。方法用四氧嘧啶致糖尿病小鼠模型，分别观察葡萄酒与葡萄酒协同洋葱对糖尿病小鼠血糖、体质量和胰腺病理切片等的影响。结果葡萄酒与葡萄酒协同洋葱对四氧嘧啶致高血糖小鼠血糖有明显的降低作用，其中葡萄酒＋洋葱小、大剂量组对四氧嘧啶致高血糖小鼠的血糖降低作用显著（ P＜0．05或 P＜0．01）；糖尿病小鼠体质量降低明显，经处理后各组小鼠的体质量均显著增加（ P＜0．05或 P＜0．01）；糖尿病小鼠的胰腺病理切片病变显著，经处理后各组小鼠的胰腺病理切片均修复良好。结论葡萄酒与葡萄酒协同洋葱对糖尿病模型小鼠具有降低血糖的作用。葡萄酒与葡萄酒协同洋葱对糖尿病模型小鼠的胰腺有保护和修复作用。
목적：연구포도주여포도주협동양총대당뇨병모형소서혈당적영향。방법용사양밀정치당뇨병소서모형，분별관찰포도주여포도주협동양총대당뇨병소서혈당、체질량화이선병리절편등적영향。결과포도주여포도주협동양총대사양밀정치고혈당소서혈당유명현적강저작용，기중포도주＋양총소、대제량조대사양밀정치고혈당소서적혈당강저작용현저（ P＜0．05혹 P＜0．01）；당뇨병소서체질량강저명현，경처리후각조소서적체질량균현저증가（ P＜0．05혹 P＜0．01）；당뇨병소서적이선병리절편병변현저，경처리후각조소서적이선병리절편균수복량호。결론포도주여포도주협동양총대당뇨병모형소서구유강저혈당적작용。포도주여포도주협동양총대당뇨병모형소서적이선유보호화수복작용。
Objective To study the hypoglycemic effect of red wine and red wine combined with onion on diabetic mice .Methods To observe the effect of red wine and red wine combined with onion on blood glucose level ,weight and pancreas ,diabetic mice were induced by alloxan .Results The low dose group and the high dose group of red wine combined with onion had obvious effects on blood glucose level of diabetic mice induced by alloxan (P<0 .05 or P<0 .01) .Diabetic mice′s weight reduced significantly and in-creased after the treatment with red wine and red wine combined with onion (P<0 .05 or P<0 .01) .Diabetic mice′s pancreas func-tion recovered after the treatment .Conclusion Red wine and red wine combined with onion have hypoglycemic and protective effects on injured pancreas of diabetic mice .
