目的:建立川陈皮素PLGA纳米粒含量的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法。以ODS-C18(250 mm ×4.6 mm ,5μm)为分析柱,乙腈-水(45∶55)为流动相;流速1 mL · min-1;检测波长为333 nm ;柱温25℃。结果当川陈皮素在93.28~839.52μg范围内,线性关系良好,回归方程为 A=170.15 C+27.156,r=0.9990,平均回收率为100.3%。结论该方法快捷、简便、专属性强,可用于川陈皮素PLGA 纳米粒的含量测定。

목적:건립천진피소PLGA납미립함량적고효액상색보측정방법。방법채용반상고효액상색보법。이ODS-C18(250 mm ×4.6 mm ,5μm)위분석주,을정-수(45∶55)위류동상;류속1 mL · min-1;검측파장위333 nm ;주온25℃。결과당천진피소재93.28~839.52μg범위내,선성관계량호,회귀방정위 A=170.15 C+27.156,r=0.9990,평균회수솔위100.3%。결론해방법쾌첩、간편、전속성강,가용우천진피소PLGA 납미립적함량측정。
Objective To establish the determination methods of Nobiletin-PLGA-nanoparticles .Method An HPLC method was developed .The nobiletin was separated on an octadecylsilane column by using a mobile phase of acetonitrile water (45∶55) with detection at 333 nm ,the flow rate was 1 mL · min-1 ,and the column temperature was 25 ℃ .Results The linear range of nobiletin was 93 .28-839 .52 μg ,and the regression equation was A=170 .15C+27 .156 ,r=0 .999 0 .The average recovery was 100 .3% . Conclusion This method is simple ,accurate and feasible .It could be used for the determination of nobiletin-PLGA-nanoparticles.
