基于湖南部分地区留守儿童文化信息获取现状的调研分析，结合我国公共文化服务体系建设，从信息服务角度围绕家庭、学校和社会对留守儿童文化信息获取的影响展开研究；针对留守儿童在文化信息获取渠道、获取内容和获取能力等方面存在的问题，提出开展多元文化信息服务、构建网络教育协作平台、开设留守儿童电台专栏等文化信息服务对策。
기우호남부분지구류수인동문화신식획취현상적조연분석，결합아국공공문화복무체계건설，종신식복무각도위요가정、학교화사회대류수인동문화신식획취적영향전개연구；침대류수인동재문화신식획취거도、획취내용화획취능력등방면존재적문제，제출개전다원문화신식복무、구건망락교육협작평태、개설류수인동전태전란등문화신식복무대책。
Through analyzing the current situation of the cultural information acquisition for left-behind children in Hunan Province, this paper studies the influence on the acquisition of the culture information from the perspective of information services around the community, family, and school. By discussing the existing problems of left-behind children in the following three aspects:the channel access, the content and the ability of acquisition, this paper puts forward some effective suggestions of the cultural information service for left-behind children such as carrying out multicultural information service,setting up the network-education collaboration plat-forms, or establishing the radio column for Left-behind children.
