目的：研究目前大学生下肢不等长现象，以求引起人们对此现象的重视，并为预防下肢不等长及其可能导致的疾病和矫治下肢不等长的方式提供参考依据。方法：对200例在校大学生进行双腿长度的测量并计算差值，利用 spss13．0软件对测量数据进行统计分析。结果：在总体样本中32．00％（64/200）双腿差值超出正常范围；3．00％（男：6例）双腿差值超出两厘米；男性双腿长度差的平均值为（0．88±0．61）cm，女性双腿长度差的平均值为（0．74±0．46）cm；在调查数据中，有26例双腿长度差大于1．5cm；男性测量数据中43．00％（43例）左腿长于右腿长度，女性测量数据中53．00％（53例）左腿长于右腿。结论：下肢不等长现象在大学生人群中存在普遍，探究性别、左右腿长度等差异在预防治疗下肢不等长的方式选择上具有一定的参考价值。

Objective:Studing the phenomenon of the current students limb length, in order to arouse people's attention to this phenomenon, and for the prevention of limb length and may lead to illness and correcting leg length way to provide reference .Methods:200 cases of college students’ legs length was measured and calculated the d-value, using spss13.0 software for statistical analysis of the measurement data.Results:32.00% in the total samples (64/200) difference between the legs outside the normal range;3.00% (male:n =6) legs of the difference exceeds two centimeters; male legs length difference of the average of (0.88 ±0.61) cm female legs length difference of the average of (0.74 ±0.46) cm; in the survey data, there are 26 cases of legs length difference greater than 1.5cm;data indicates 43.00% (43 cases) males is left leg longer than right leg, and 53.00% (53 cases) women is left leg longer than the right leg.Conclusion:Limb length phenomenon exists generally in college crowd, exploring gender, left leg length discrepancy has reference value on choosing the conrrect way of the prevention and treatment of limb length .
