目的 了解糖尿病患者不同疾病发展阶段的信息需求,为提供个体化护理措施提供依据.方法 分别设立糖耐量正常组、糖耐量减低组和糖尿病组,每组各50人,用一般资料及疾病相关资料调查表、糖尿病患者不同疾病发展阶段的信息需求问卷进行调查.结果 三组患者的信息需求得分依次是(57.58±1.29)、(59.16±1.48)和(65.38±1.48),平均秩次分别是66.60、70.94和88.96,三组患者比较具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；糖耐量正常组最希望知道的疾病信息是糖尿病致病因素和症状、饮食和活动；糖耐量减低组是药物相关信息、糖尿病致病因素和症状；糖尿病组是自我检测血糖和胰岛素的注射方法、糖尿病合并症和并发症.结论 随着糖尿病的发展,患者的信息需求量增加,而糖尿病不同发展阶段患者对疾病的信息需求侧重点有所不同,因此,要求护理人员根据患病的不同进展阶段提供个性化护理措施.
目的 瞭解糖尿病患者不同疾病髮展階段的信息需求,為提供箇體化護理措施提供依據.方法 分彆設立糖耐量正常組、糖耐量減低組和糖尿病組,每組各50人,用一般資料及疾病相關資料調查錶、糖尿病患者不同疾病髮展階段的信息需求問捲進行調查.結果 三組患者的信息需求得分依次是(57.58±1.29)、(59.16±1.48)和(65.38±1.48),平均秩次分彆是66.60、70.94和88.96,三組患者比較具有統計學意義(P＜0.05)；糖耐量正常組最希望知道的疾病信息是糖尿病緻病因素和癥狀、飲食和活動；糖耐量減低組是藥物相關信息、糖尿病緻病因素和癥狀；糖尿病組是自我檢測血糖和胰島素的註射方法、糖尿病閤併癥和併髮癥.結論 隨著糖尿病的髮展,患者的信息需求量增加,而糖尿病不同髮展階段患者對疾病的信息需求側重點有所不同,因此,要求護理人員根據患病的不同進展階段提供箇性化護理措施.
목적 료해당뇨병환자불동질병발전계단적신식수구,위제공개체화호리조시제공의거.방법 분별설립당내량정상조、당내량감저조화당뇨병조,매조각50인,용일반자료급질병상관자료조사표、당뇨병환자불동질병발전계단적신식수구문권진행조사.결과 삼조환자적신식수구득분의차시(57.58±1.29)、(59.16±1.48)화(65.38±1.48),평균질차분별시66.60、70.94화88.96,삼조환자비교구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)；당내량정상조최희망지도적질병신식시당뇨병치병인소화증상、음식화활동；당내량감저조시약물상관신식、당뇨병치병인소화증상；당뇨병조시자아검측혈당화이도소적주사방법、당뇨병합병증화병발증.결론 수착당뇨병적발전,환자적신식수구량증가,이당뇨병불동발전계단환자대질병적신식수구측중점유소불동,인차,요구호리인원근거환병적불동진전계단제공개성화호리조시.
Objective To investigate the different disease diabetes development stage of information demand,to provide individual nursing measures to provide basis.Methods It was divided into three groups:glucose tolerance normal group,sugar tolerance to reduce group and diabetes group,each group has 50 people,and investigated with the general material and disease related material scale,different development stages of disease information demand questionnaire.Results Three groups of patients with information demand in score was 57.58 + 1.29、59.16 ± 1.48 and 65.38 ± 1.48,the mean rank scores were 66.60,70.94 and 88.96,the three groups were compared with the statistical significance (P＜ 0.05).To the glucose tolerance normal group,the most want to know disease information is diabetes pathogenic factors and symptoms,diet and activities; and to the sugar tolerance to reduce group is drug related information,diabetes pathogenic factors and symptoms.To the diabetes group is self check blood sugar and insulin injection method,diabetes complications and complications.Conclusions With the development of diabetes,patients with increasing demand for information.And diabetes mellitus patients with different stages of development of disease information demand side key differs somewhat.Therefore,nursing staff should provide personalized nursing measures according to the different stage of disease development.
