凭借特殊的地理位置及气候条件，新疆出口农产品口感鲜美、含糖量较高，在国际市场上具有一定竞争优势，但是其农产品质量安全问题却严重制约了新疆农产品出口。俄白哈关税同盟建立以后，哈萨克斯坦提高了农产品进口检验检疫标准，新疆农产品出口面临新的挑战。基于阐述新疆农产品出口质量安全问题，分析其内在和外在原因，由此从政府、企业、农户三个层面提出相应对策建议。

With special geographical and climatic conditions , agricultural export product of Xinjiang taste delicious and high sugar content , which has competitive advantage in the international market , but its quality safety issues severely hinder the ex-port.After the establishment of Russia , Belarus and Kazakhstan Customs Union , Kazakhstan was improved agricultural import standards about inspection and quarantine , which brings new chanllenges to Xinjiang ’ s export of agricultural product .Based on the export quality and safety issues of agricultural product in Xinjiang , this paper analyzes its internal and external reasons , and put forwards corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from government , business, farmers three levels.
