传统水电厂电力运行和水库调度孤立优化的模式使得经济运行体系的整体性、协调性和精细化程度不足,对发电过程的稳定性造成了不利影响。本文阐述了智能水电厂经济运行系统的设计思路和原则,研究了基于一体化管控平台的经济运行系统体系架构,并针对运行调度耦合机制、流域经济调度控制、短期发电优化调度、精细化闸门优化调度等关键技术进行了初步分析,为后续开展针对性深入研究奠定了基础。
傳統水電廠電力運行和水庫調度孤立優化的模式使得經濟運行體繫的整體性、協調性和精細化程度不足,對髮電過程的穩定性造成瞭不利影響。本文闡述瞭智能水電廠經濟運行繫統的設計思路和原則,研究瞭基于一體化管控平檯的經濟運行繫統體繫架構,併針對運行調度耦閤機製、流域經濟調度控製、短期髮電優化調度、精細化閘門優化調度等關鍵技術進行瞭初步分析,為後續開展針對性深入研究奠定瞭基礎。

With the optimization of generation and reservoir dispatching isolated,the economic operation system of traditional hydropower plants has insufficient integrity,coordination and meticulousness,having negative impact on the stability of the power generation process.The idea and principle of economic operation system design in smart hydropower plant have been studied,and the architecture of the economic operation system based on unified control and management platform has been re-searched in this article.Besides,key technologies of coupling mechanisms of generation and reservoir dispatching,cascade eco-nomic dispatching control,short-term optimal generation scheduling and fine gate optimal scheduling have been analyzed,to laid the foundation for further research.
