目的探讨0-2.5岁儿童早期发展不同干预方式对促进正常婴幼儿智能与心理行为发育的影响。方法选取2010年6月---2010年12月在我院出生并自愿参加早期发展指导的0-3月正常足月儿150例为实验组,分为直接干预组、间接干预组、综合干预组三组,每组50人;同期在我院出生并在我科定期体的正常足月儿50人作为对照组。分别在8个月、12个月、18个月、24个月前后应用Gesell婴幼儿发展量表进行智能测查,2-2.5岁时进行儿童行为家长问卷调查。结果所有实验组的智力发育指数(MDI)在以上4个年龄组均高于对照组且有显著性差异(P<0.05),但直接干预组与间接干预组无显著性差异,且均低于综合干预组,结果有显著性差异(P<0.05),且这种差异随着年龄的增大持续存在。2-2.5岁时行为偏差的发生率在直接干预组与对照组之间无显著性差异。而间接干预组及综合干预组均低于对照组,结果有显著性差异。结论间接干预和直接干预均可以促进正常婴幼儿的智能发展,而综合干预的作用更为明显。间接干预或综合干预更有利于降低儿童行为偏差的发生率。

목적탐토0-2.5세인동조기발전불동간예방식대촉진정상영유인지능여심리행위발육적영향。방법선취2010년6월---2010년12월재아원출생병자원삼가조기발전지도적0-3월정상족월인150례위실험조,분위직접간예조、간접간예조、종합간예조삼조,매조50인;동기재아원출생병재아과정기체적정상족월인50인작위대조조。분별재8개월、12개월、18개월、24개월전후응용Gesell영유인발전량표진행지능측사,2-2.5세시진행인동행위가장문권조사。결과소유실험조적지력발육지수(MDI)재이상4개년령조균고우대조조차유현저성차이(P<0.05),단직접간예조여간접간예조무현저성차이,차균저우종합간예조,결과유현저성차이(P<0.05),차저충차이수착년령적증대지속존재。2-2.5세시행위편차적발생솔재직접간예조여대조조지간무현저성차이。이간접간예조급종합간예조균저우대조조,결과유현저성차이。결론간접간예화직접간예균가이촉진정상영유인적지능발전,이종합간예적작용경위명현。간접간예혹종합간예경유리우강저인동행위편차적발생솔。
Objective To investigate the influence of different interference way on early childhood( <2.5years)in intelligence and mental behavior development. Methods 150 newborn infants from June to December 2010 were randomly divided into direct interfere group,indirect interfere group,synthetic interfere group.They all attend the instruction early voluntary.In the corresponding time period,the Other 50 newborn infants of the periodic physical examination were divided into blank con-trols.The intelligence study was proceed in difference time when they were eight month,twelve month,eighteen month and two years old by Gesell rating scales.When they were 2-2.5 years old,their parents were inquired by child behavior questionnaire.Results The mental development index(MDI)of experimental group is more sig-nifcant than blank controls,but MDI in the direct interfere group and the indirect interfere group without difference is lower than synthetic interfere group and the differ-ence is continuing with years.The behavior aberration incidence rate of 2-2.5 years old is similar in direct interfere group and blank controls;The rate of indirect inter-fere and synthetic interfere group are lower than blank controls(P<0.05).Conclusion s:The direct interfere or indirect interfere way promote intelligence developmentv in nomarl children,and the synthetic interfere way is obviously.The indirect interfere or synthetic interfere way decrease the the behavior aberration incidence rate of chil-dren apparent.
