目的:测定肉制品中亚硝酸盐含量,以了解丹阳市肉制品中亚硝酸盐使用现状。方法:依据 GB5009.33-2010《食品中亚硝酸盐与硝酸盐的测定》检测。结果:共检测肉制品620份,平均超标率22.3%,最高检出值690 mg/kg。结论:应加强对肉制品中亚硝酸盐使用的监控力度,以确保肉制品食用安全。
目的:測定肉製品中亞硝痠鹽含量,以瞭解丹暘市肉製品中亞硝痠鹽使用現狀。方法:依據 GB5009.33-2010《食品中亞硝痠鹽與硝痠鹽的測定》檢測。結果:共檢測肉製品620份,平均超標率22.3%,最高檢齣值690 mg/kg。結論:應加彊對肉製品中亞硝痠鹽使用的鑑控力度,以確保肉製品食用安全。
목적:측정육제품중아초산염함량,이료해단양시육제품중아초산염사용현상。방법:의거 GB5009.33-2010《식품중아초산염여초산염적측정》검측。결과:공검측육제품620빈,평균초표솔22.3%,최고검출치690 mg/kg。결론:응가강대육제품중아초산염사용적감공력도,이학보육제품식용안전。
Objective:To understand the situation of nitrite usage in Danyang,and detect the nitrite content in meat products. Methods:Detection was done based on GB5009.33-2010“ Nitrite and Nitrate Determination in Food”. Results:620 meat product samples were detected, the average superstandard rate was 22.3%, the highest value was 690 mg / kg. Conclusion:Nitrite in meat products should be used to strengthen the monitoring efforts to ensure food safety of meat products.
