Taking VMC850F five-axis linkage machine manufactured by some research institute of CNC machine as an example, the transformational model for the cutter location vector and its points was deduced based on conversion connection of coordinate sys-tems,and then the model equations were solved. According to the arithmetic,a post processing software was developed,which was verified by a impeller model process on VMC850F machine. It provides reference for five-axis post-processor development.
