目的：探讨成人腹股沟斜疝无张力修补术的效果。方法：收治成人腹股沟斜疝患者95例，均接受无张力修补术治疗，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：所有患者均痊愈出院，无并发症，无复发。结论：成人腹股沟斜疝无张力修补术具有安全、操作简单、并发症少、恢复快、复发率低等优点，较常规修补手术效果佳。

목적：탐토성인복고구사산무장력수보술적효과。방법：수치성인복고구사산환자95례，균접수무장력수보술치료，대기림상자료진행회고성분석。결과：소유환자균전유출원，무병발증，무복발。결론：성인복고구사산무장력수보술구유안전、조작간단、병발증소、회복쾌、복발솔저등우점，교상규수보수술효과가。
Objective:To explore the effect of tension-free repair of adult inguinal hernia.Methods:95 patients with adult inguinal hernia were selected.All patients were treated with tension-free repair treatment.The clinical data of these patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results:All patients were cured with no complications and no recurrence.Conclusion:The tension-free repair of adult inguinal hernia has many advantages,such as safety,simple operation,less complications,quick recovery,low recurrence rate and so on.Its therapeutic effect is better than the conventional repair operation.
