目的：探讨用免疫比浊法检测血清C-反应蛋白和乳胶免疫比浊法检测全血C-反应蛋白结果的可比性。方法：选取高中低新鲜血清标本，全血标本各20例，采用免疫比浊法分别测定C-反应蛋白的含量。参照美国临床实验室标准化协会NCCLS EP9-A2文件进行结果比对、偏倚分析，离群点检验、线性回归分析。结果：两台仪器检测结果的相关系数r2=0.972，相关性较好， C-反应蛋白检测结果偏差小，两种方法检测结果差异有显著统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论：乳胶免疫比浊法检测全血C-反应蛋白结果准确可靠，符合临床要求。
목적：탐토용면역비탁법검측혈청C-반응단백화유효면역비탁법검측전혈C-반응단백결과적가비성。방법：선취고중저신선혈청표본，전혈표본각20례，채용면역비탁법분별측정C-반응단백적함량。삼조미국림상실험실표준화협회NCCLS EP9-A2문건진행결과비대、편의분석，리군점검험、선성회귀분석。결과：량태의기검측결과적상관계수r2=0.972，상관성교호， C-반응단백검측결과편차소，량충방법검측결과차이유현저통계학의의（P＜0.01）。결론：유효면역비탁법검측전혈C-반응단백결과준학가고，부합림상요구。
Objective:Investigation with immunonephelometry to detect the serum C-reactive protein and latex immunonephelometry to detect whole the blo od C-reactive protein compara-bility of results. Methods:Select twenty fresh serum and the whole blood samples contain high low concentration, Use immunonephelometry to detect the content of C-reactive protein. According to National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards (NCCLS) document EP9-A2 to evaluate comparison ,Bias Analysis,Test outliers,Linear regression analysis.Results:The correlation coefficient of two instrument test results is r2=0.972,is good,Testing results of two methods had significant statistical significance difference(P<0.01).The deviation about results of C-reactive protein is small. Conclusion:the testing results of C-reactive protein with latex immunonephelometry is accurate and reliable, Conform to the requirements of the clinical.
