目的：分析血必净注射液不良反应（ADR）发生的一般规律、临床特点及机制，为临床安全用药及药物不良反应的防范提供参考。方法对某院2011年9月至2013年9月上报的18例血必净注射液ADR监测报告进行回顾性分析，分别对患者的一般情况、既往过敏史、ADR发生时间、累及器官及ADR的转归等进行统计分析。结果18例血必净注射液ADR中，有11例（61.1%）既往有过敏史，14例（77.8%）用药30 min内出现ADR，多以累及皮肤为主（48.65%）。18例患者均痊愈，无出现后遗症或导致死亡。结论临床医师、药师应了解血必净注射液所致ADR的规律及特点，应用时密切观察患者变化，保证用药安全。
목적：분석혈필정주사액불량반응（ADR）발생적일반규률、림상특점급궤제，위림상안전용약급약물불량반응적방범제공삼고。방법대모원2011년9월지2013년9월상보적18례혈필정주사액ADR감측보고진행회고성분석，분별대환자적일반정황、기왕과민사、ADR발생시간、루급기관급ADR적전귀등진행통계분석。결과18례혈필정주사액ADR중，유11례（61.1%）기왕유과민사，14례（77.8%）용약30 min내출현ADR，다이루급피부위주（48.65%）。18례환자균전유，무출현후유증혹도치사망。결론림상의사、약사응료해혈필정주사액소치ADR적규률급특점，응용시밀절관찰환자변화，보증용약안전。
Objective To investigate the general rules of the occurrence, clinical characteristics, mechanism of adverse drug reactions (ADR) induce by xuebijing injection and to provide the reference for clinical safe medication and prevent adverse reactions. Methods To retrospectively analyze the ADR monitoring report of 18 cases of xuebijing injection report from September 2011 to September 2013 in hospital. Analysis the general condition, history of allergy, occurrence time of ADR, the organs of Involving and outcome of ADR respectively. Results In all 18 cases of ADR induce by xuebijing injection, there were 11 cases (61.1%) have allergic history, 14 cases (77.8%) ADR occurred drug use less than 30 minutes, mainly involving the skin (48.65%), 18 patients were recovered, no occurrence sequela or lead to death. Conclusion Clinicians and pharmacists should familiarize the general rules and characteristics of ADR induce by xuebijing injection and observed the changes closely to ensure clinical safe medication.
