目的：探讨社区护理干预对老年高血压患者的影响。方法：将86例老年高血压患者随机分为观察组和对照组各43例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予社区护理干预，观察比较两组患者护理效果。结果：观察组血压检测值低于对照组（P＜0．05）；患者遵医行为、生活质量均高于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论：将社区护理干预应用于老年高血压患者中，可有效、平稳地控制患者血压值，提高患者对疾病相关知识的掌握度与治疗依从性，从而提高患者的生活质量。
목적：탐토사구호리간예대노년고혈압환자적영향。방법：장86례노년고혈압환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조각43례，대조조급여상규호리，관찰조급여사구호리간예，관찰비교량조환자호리효과。결과：관찰조혈압검측치저우대조조（P＜0．05）；환자준의행위、생활질량균고우대조조（P＜0．05）。결론：장사구호리간예응용우노년고혈압환자중，가유효、평은지공제환자혈압치，제고환자대질병상관지식적장악도여치료의종성，종이제고환자적생활질량。
Objective:To explore the effect of community nursing intervention on elderly patients with hypertension .Methods:86 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group (43 cases in each group).The routine nursing care was taken in the control group and community nursing intervention was adopted in the observation group .The nursing efficacy were observed and compared between the two groups .Results:The blood pressure detection value was lower in the observation group than the control group ( P<0.05);the treatment compliance and quality of life of the patients were better in the observation group than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:The community nursing intervention on elderly patients with hypertension can effectively and stably control patient 's blood pres-sure and improve patient's understanding of the disease related knowledge and treatment compliance ,so the quality of life of patients will be improved.
