目的：探讨临床护理路径在充血性心力衰竭患者急救中的应用效果。方法：将100例充血性心力衰竭患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组按照临床护理路径护理，观察比较两组心功能和应激状态。结果：两组心功能和应激状态均好于对照组（ P＜0．05）。结论：对充血性心力衰竭患者实施临床护理路径，可有效改善患者心功能情况，缓解应激状态，从而提高患者生活质量。

목적：탐토림상호리로경재충혈성심력쇠갈환자급구중적응용효과。방법：장100례충혈성심력쇠갈환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조각50례，대조조급여상규호리，관찰조안조림상호리로경호리，관찰비교량조심공능화응격상태。결과：량조심공능화응격상태균호우대조조（ P＜0．05）。결론：대충혈성심력쇠갈환자실시림상호리로경，가유효개선환자심공능정황，완해응격상태，종이제고환자생활질량。
Objective:To investigate the effect of clinical nursing pathway in the first -aid treatment of patients with congestive heart failure.Methods:100 patients with congestive heart failure were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group (50 cases in each group ) .The patients in the control group received routine nursing care;the clinical nursing pathway was implemented in the obser-vation group.The heart function and stress state of the patients were observed and compared between the two groups .Results:The heart function and stress state of the patients were better in the observation group than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical nursing pathway applied to patients with congestive heart failure can effectively improve their heart function and relieve stress so as to im -prove the quality of life of the patients .
