大学生“村官”从无到有，现已成为引人注目的社会现象。笔者认为大学生“村官”工程不仅仅是对大学生就业难的一种反应，而是一项在社会系统中发挥重要功能的战略工程。本文从功能主义的视角出发，对这一工程的功能作用及存在的问题进行了分析，提出了改进完善大学生“村官”工程的建议。

The undergraduate"village official", after its develop-ment, has become a conspicuous social phenomenon. The writer holds that the undergraduate"village official"project is not only a reflection of undergraduates' difficult employment but also a strategic project playing an important role in the social system. Starting from the perspective of functionalism, the functions and problems of this project were analyzed in this paper, and sugges-tions on its improvement were proposed.
