Efficient classroom includes the maximization of effi-ciency and the optimization of benefit which is embodied in the cultivation of students' interest, the development of their habit, the improvement of their learning ability and the formation of their good thinking ability and quality. This paper, through ana-lyzing the attention on the value of emotional attitude in the im-plementation of primary school mathematics curriculum, aims to build efficient primary school mathematics classroom, so that students can benefit from it for life.
