In quality-oriented education, primary school sports e-ducation and teaching plays a pivotal role. It is self-evident that primary school sports teaching is important, as it can enrich stu-dents' sports knowledge and improve their sports skills, thus pro-moting their healthy physical growth, and not only that, it can also train students' reaction ability and cultivate their innovative qual-ity. Surrounding the issue of the innovative teaching of primary school sports, this paper focuses on its methods, hoping to tap the potential of primary school sports course to the greatest extent, thereby promoting primary school students' physical and psycho-logical development, and providing some beneficial references for the writer's counterparts.
