为香石竹切花筛选出简单易行、价格低廉、对人无害的保鲜液,采用 L16(45)正交试验设计进行了5种保鲜物质[A:蔗糖、B:柠檬酸、C:8-HQ、D:6-BA、E:Al2(SO4)3]对香石竹切花的保鲜效果试验。结果表明:与对照(蒸馏水)相比,T7处理(A2 B3 C4 D1 E2)、T8处理(A2 B4 C3 D2 E1)、T12处理(A3 B4 C2 D1 E3)和T14处理(A4 B2 C3 D1 E4)能极显著延长香石竹切花的瓶插寿命,增加花枝鲜重,延缓水分平衡值的下降,延缓衰老,提高观赏价值,对香石竹切花的综合保鲜效果较好,其中 T12处理〔蔗糖3%+250 mg/L 柠檬酸+200 mg/L 8-HQ +10 mg/L 6-BA+150 mg/L Al2(SO4)3〕的效果最佳,瓶插寿命达25.67 d。

To screen simple,cheap and harmless fresh-keeping agents of carnation cut flowers,L16(45) orthogonal experimental design was used to explore the preservation effects of five kinds of fresh-keeping substance [A,sugar;B,citric acid;C,8-HQ;D,6-BA;E,Al2 (SO4 )3 ]on carnation cut flowers.Results:compared with the control(distilled water),treatments of T7 (A2 B3 C4 D1 E2 ),T8 (A2 B4 C3 D2 E1 ),T12 (A3 B4 C2 D1 E3 )and T14 (A4 B2 C3 D1 E4 )could very significantly prolong the vase life of cut flowers,increase fresh branch weight, delay the decreasing of water equilibrium value and senescence, and enhance the ornamental value,the comprehensive preservation effects was great,in which T12 (sucrose 3%+250 mg/L citric acid+ 200 mg/L 8-HQ+10 mg/L 6-BA+ 150 mg/L Al2 (SO4 )3 )had the best effects,the vase life of cut flowers reached 25.67 d.
