为了明确小菜蛾抗阿维菌素品系、抗高效氯氰菊酯品系和抗复配剂(阿维菌素和高效氯氰菊酯复配)品系与羧酸酯酶(CarE)活性和乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)活性的相关性,为小菜蛾抗性治理提供依据,采用改进的 Ellman 胆碱酯酶活性测定方法等对小菜蛾3个品系的 CarE 活性和 AchE 活性进行测定。结果表明:抗阿维菌素品系、抗高效氯氰菊酯品系和抗复配剂品系的 CarE 比活力和 AChE 比活力分别是敏感品系的1.0056倍和1.0944倍、0.8290倍和1.0120倍、0.8363倍和1.0542倍;抗复配剂品系的 CarE 活性和 AChE 活性均介于抗阿维菌素品系和抗高效氯氰菊酯品系之间。
為瞭明確小菜蛾抗阿維菌素品繫、抗高效氯氰菊酯品繫和抗複配劑(阿維菌素和高效氯氰菊酯複配)品繫與羧痠酯酶(CarE)活性和乙酰膽堿酯酶(AChE)活性的相關性,為小菜蛾抗性治理提供依據,採用改進的 Ellman 膽堿酯酶活性測定方法等對小菜蛾3箇品繫的 CarE 活性和 AchE 活性進行測定。結果錶明:抗阿維菌素品繫、抗高效氯氰菊酯品繫和抗複配劑品繫的 CarE 比活力和 AChE 比活力分彆是敏感品繫的1.0056倍和1.0944倍、0.8290倍和1.0120倍、0.8363倍和1.0542倍;抗複配劑品繫的 CarE 活性和 AChE 活性均介于抗阿維菌素品繫和抗高效氯氰菊酯品繫之間。

In order to explore the relationship of CarE and AChE to resistant strains avermectin,beta-cypermethrin and mixtures (abamectin and beta-cypermethrin complex)of P .xylostella,and provide a reference for the resistance management,the enzyme activities of CarE and AChE were determined by improved Ellman cholinesterase activity determination method. The results showed that the specific activities of CarE and AChE of resistant strains avermectin, beta-cypermethrin and mixtures were respectively 1.005 6 times,1.094 4 times,0.829 0 times,1.012 0 times,0.836 3 times and 1.054 2 times of sensitive strains;The activities of CarE and AChE of the mixtures were between that of the avermectin strain and beta-cypermethrin strain.
