为玛珈在毕节地区的推广应用提供参考,采用田间试验研究了不同种植密度对玛珈根产量及品质的影响。结果表明:1)玛珈根产量随其种植密度的增加而增加,并以35.2万株/hm2的产量最高,达3321.60 kg/hm2。2)玛珈根中的总生物碱和硒元素含量均以种植密度20.8万株/hm2最高,分别达0.392%和39.02 mg/kg;35.2万株/hm2最低,分别为0.281%和32.02 mg/kg。锌元素含量以16.0万株/hm2最高,达20.42 mg/kg;35.2万株/hm2最低,为17.06 mg/kg。锰元素和色氨酸含量以20.8万株/hm2最高,分别达10.11 mg/kg 和8.50 mg/kg;12.8万株/hm2最低,分别为8.27 mg/kg 和6.58 mg/kg。综合考虑玛珈产量与品质的关系,建议在毕节地区的种植密度为20.8万株/hm2左右。

To provide a reference for popularization and application of L.meyenii in Bijie Region,a field test was conducted to explore the effects of planting density on yield and quality of L.meyenii roots. Results:1)L.meyenii root yield increased with planting density increasing,and reached the highest 3 321.60 kg/hm2 at the planting density of 352 thousand plants/hm2 .2)Contents of total alkaloids and Selenium element reached the highest,respectively 0.392% and 39.02 mg/kg,at the planting density of 208 thousand plants/hm2 ,while decreased to the minimum at 352 thousand plants/hm2 ,0.281% and 32. 02 mg/kg.Zn content was the highest(20.42 mg/kg)at 160 thousand plants/hm2 and the lowest(17.06 mg/kg)at 352 thousand plants/hm2 .Contents of Mn element and tryptophan reached the highest at 208 thousand plants/hm2 ,respectively 10.11 mg/kg and 8.50 mg/kg;And reached the minimum at 128 thousand plants/hm2 , 8.27 mg/kg and 6.58 mg/kg separately. Comprehensively considering the relationship between yield and quality of L.meyenii,the planting density 208 thousand plants/hm2 was suggested in Bijie region.
