为了更好地开发利用茜草资源,确定陕西产茜草挥发油及脂肪酸化学组成与相对含量,采用挥发油提取器提取其挥发油,超声波提取其脂肪酸,运用气相色谱-质谱联用技术,结合标准谱库鉴定挥发油及脂肪酸化学组成;用面积归一化法测定各种挥发油成分及脂肪酸相对含量。结果表明:茜草挥发油中共鉴定出31种成分,其中24种成分首次从茜草挥发油中检出。挥发油中主要成分有十六烷酸36.60%、(Z,Z)-9,12-十八二烯酸13.91%、顺-13-十八碳烯酸5.96%、1-羟基-4-甲基蒽醌4.06%、丁香酚3.66%、顺-9-十六碳烯酸3.52%、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯3.26%、柏木醇3.16%、(Z,Z,Z)-9,12,15-十八碳三烯酸3.14%。茜草石油醚提取液中共鉴定出8种脂肪酸,占总量的61.13%,主要成分有十六烷酸21.03%、亚油酸17.48%、顺式十八碳烯酸12.35%、亚麻酸3.43%、油酸3.35%,其中不饱和脂肪酸占总量的36.61%。

In order to preferbly develop and utilize the resource of R.cordifolia,and determine the chemical constituents and relative content of volatile oil and fatty acids from R.cordifolia cultured in Shaanxi,the essential oil and fatty acids in the R.cordifolia cultured in Shaanxi was extracted by steam distillation and ultrasonic extraction.The chemical constituents of the volatile oil and fatty acids from the herb were identified by GC-MS.The results showed that 31 compounds were identified,24 of which were first identified from the Rubia cordifolia .The major components were n-Hexadecanoic acid(36.60%),(Z, Z )-9, 12-Octadecadienoic acid (13. 91%), cis-13-Octadecenoic acid (5. 96%), 1-Hydroxy-2-methylanthraquinone(4.06%),Eungeol (3.66%),cis-9-Hexadecenoic acid(3.52%),Dibutyl phthalate (3.26%),Cdro(l3.16% )and (Z,Z,Z)-9,12,15-Octadecatrien oicacid(3.14%).Eight fatty acids were identified,which accounted for over 61.13% of the extracted liquid of Potenilla discolor .The major components were n-Hexadecanoic acid(21.03%),(Z,Z)-9,12-Octa decadienoic acid(17.48%),cis-13-Octadecenoic acid(12.35%),(Z,Z,Z)-9,12,15-Octadecatrienoic acid(3.43% ),and oleic acid(3.35%). Unsaturated fatty acids accounted for more than 36.61% of total fatty acids.
