为了筛选出在泸州适宜性强、品质优良的烤烟品种,采用田间小区对比试验,对四川省烟草公司筛选的19个烤烟品种的农艺性状、抗病性、烟叶内在化学成分及产量、产值等经济效益进行了观察与分析。结果表明:与对照 K326相比,K358、NC297、Coker371的综合表现为株型较为合理,打顶高度为98.25~110.50 cm、有效叶数19~22片、田间长势旺、抗气候斑点病、内在化学成分协调;NC297的产量最高,为150 kg/667m2,其产值为2161.17元/667m2,适应泸州烟区生态及生产环境;NC82、NX232品种各项指标表现差。Coker176、Coker86和 K399可进一步进行田间试验观察。

The agronomic characters,disease resistance,chemical component,yield,output value and economic benefit of 19 introduced tobacco varieties (lines)were analyzed by a contrast test to screen tobacco varieties with strong adaptability and good quality in Luzhou.The results showed that K358, NC297 and Coker 371 varieties had good plant type,98.25~110.50 cm topping height,19~22 effective leaves,growth vigor,resistance to tobacco weather fleck and harmonized chemical components compared with K326(CK).In conclusion,NC297 variety with yield of 150kg/667m2 (the highest)and output value of 2161.17 Yuan/667m2 is suitable to the ecology and production environment in Luzhou tobacco-growing area.NC82,NX232 and K399 varieties can be observed further in Luzhou tobacco-growing area.
