为研究水稻根际典型溶解性有机质(DOM)对无机汞生物可利用性的影响,选取草酸、柠檬酸、黄腐酸与无机汞络合,利用水稻幼苗进行无机汞的吸收累积试验,测定水稻幼苗根部及叶片中无机汞的含量,分析水稻植株内无机汞的转运系数。结果表明:草酸、黄腐酸处理组中水稻根部无机汞含量与对照(超纯水体系)相比分别降低65.1%、64.4%;草酸、黄腐酸促进叶片累积无机汞,柠檬酸则无明显作用;草酸、黄腐酸处理组中水稻无机汞的转运系数分别为0.34和0.31,明显高于对照(0.10)。结论:草酸、黄腐酸不仅抑制水稻根部无机汞的累积,还可提高无机汞在水稻植株体内的运输,进而增加水稻叶片中无机汞的含量。

To investigate the effects of typical dissolved organic matter (DOM)on the bioavailability of inorganic mercury (IHg),IHg was complexed with representative DOM in rice rhisphere soil solutions, such as oxalic acid,citric acid and fulvic acid in order to study the effects of DOM on the uptake of IHg by rice plant,and IHg content in roots and leaves of rice seedlings was detected and the transfer coefficient of IHg in rice plant was analyzed.Results:Compared with the control composed of ultrapure water,the concentration of IHg in roots significantly decreased by 65.1% and 64.4% in oxalic acid and fulvic acid respectively.Oxalic acid and fulvic acid promoted IHg accumulation in leaves,while citric acid had no significant promotion effect;Transmission coefficients of IHg in oxalic acid and fulvic acid treatments were 0.34 and 0.31 respectively,significantly higher than the control(0.10).Conclusion:Oxalic acid and fulvic acid could not only inhibit the accumulation of IHg in rice roots,but also improve the transportation of IHg in rice plant,which may increase IHg content in leaves.
