目的：探讨患者自理能力评估量表在优质护理示范病房中的应用效果和意义。方法：搜集2012年6～12月应用该量表针对住院患者自理能力评估的有效资料进行回顾性研究，并进行统计学数据分析，得出重测信度r=0.92，说明该量表具有很高的信度、效度和稳定性。完全依赖患者221人，中度依赖48人，轻度依赖106人，完全自理825人。结论：应用该量表为扎实落实基础护理，准确测算护理总时数，科学配备人力资源，持续提高患者满意度提供了重要理论依据。

목적：탐토환자자리능력평고량표재우질호리시범병방중적응용효과화의의。방법：수집2012년6～12월응용해량표침대주원환자자리능력평고적유효자료진행회고성연구，병진행통계학수거분석，득출중측신도r=0.92，설명해량표구유흔고적신도、효도화은정성。완전의뢰환자221인，중도의뢰48인，경도의뢰106인，완전자리825인。결론：응용해량표위찰실락실기출호리，준학측산호리총시수，과학배비인력자원，지속제고환자만의도제공료중요이론의거。
Objective:To explore the effects and the meaning of patients self-care ability assessment scale in high quality care demonstration ward. Methods:Valid data of inpatients self-care ability assessment with the scale from June to Decemeber, 2012 were collected and retrospectively analyzed, demographic data was analyzed, and retest reliability r=0.92 was obtained, which indicated that the scale was with high reliability, validity and constancy. There were 221 patients utterly dependent on others, 48 patients dependent on others moderately, 106 ones depen-dent on others lightly and 825 ones who could completely take care themselves. Conclusion:The application of the scale could provide important theoretical evidence for steadily implement basic nurse, calculate nursing hours accu-rately, allocating human resources scientifically and constantly increase satisfaction degree of the patients.
