目的：探讨循证护理模式在全脑血管造影术患者围术期舒适管理中的应用效果。方法：将80例患者随机分为对照组40例和观察组40例。对照组采用常规护理模式，观察组采用循证护理模式，比较2组患者术后的舒适度及对护理工作的满意度。结果：观察组发生不适的比例及程度均较轻，穿刺部位并发症明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。患者对护理工作的满意度明显提高。结论：将循证护理的理念融入全脑血管造影术围术期舒适护理管理过程中，能够明显减轻术后的不适，减少并发症发生，同时提高患者的满意度。
목적：탐토순증호리모식재전뇌혈관조영술환자위술기서괄관리중적응용효과。방법：장80례환자수궤분위대조조40례화관찰조40례。대조조채용상규호리모식，관찰조채용순증호리모식，비교2조환자술후적서괄도급대호리공작적만의도。결과：관찰조발생불괄적비례급정도균교경，천자부위병발증명현저우대조조（P＜0.05）。환자대호리공작적만의도명현제고。결론：장순증호리적이념융입전뇌혈관조영술위술기서괄호리관리과정중，능구명현감경술후적불괄，감소병발증발생，동시제고환자적만의도。
Objective:To explore the effects of evidence-based nursing applied to comfort management of the patients with aortocranial angiography during perioperative period. Methods:Eighty patients were randomized into the control group and the observation group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group evidence-based nursing, comfort degree after the surgery and satisfaction degree to the care of both groups were compared. Results:The ratio and the degree of discomfort in the observation group were less, the complications of puncture places in the observation group were notable lower than these of the control group (P<0.05). Satisfaction degree of the patients to the care was improved remarkably. Conclusion:The application of evidence-based nursing to comfort management of the patients with aortocranial angiography during perioperative period could clearly re-duce the discomfort and complications after the operation, at the same time, increase satisfaction degree of the pa-tients.
