目的:观察电针刺、拔罐、电脑中频、中药熏蒸四联疗法治疗膝关节骨质增生症的临床效果。方法:将230例膝关节骨质增生症患者随机分为2组,观察组采用电针刺、拔罐、电脑中频、中药熏蒸治疗,对照组单纯采用针刺加TDP照射治疗,1次/d,10次为1个疗程,2组均于治疗2个疗程后进行疗效对比。结果:痊愈率观察组为76.67%,对照组为61.33%,总有效率观察组为95.56%,对照组为81.33%。痊愈率、总有效率2组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组疼痛减轻、功能恢复、运动能力增强情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:四联疗法治疗膝关节骨质增生症行之有效。

목적:관찰전침자、발관、전뇌중빈、중약훈증사련요법치료슬관절골질증생증적림상효과。방법:장230례슬관절골질증생증환자수궤분위2조,관찰조채용전침자、발관、전뇌중빈、중약훈증치료,대조조단순채용침자가TDP조사치료,1차/d,10차위1개료정,2조균우치료2개료정후진행료효대비。결과:전유솔관찰조위76.67%,대조조위61.33%,총유효솔관찰조위95.56%,대조조위81.33%。전유솔、총유효솔2조비교차이현저(P<0.05)。관찰조동통감경、공능회복、운동능력증강정황균우우대조조(P<0.05)。결론:사련요법치료슬관절골질증생증행지유효。
Objective: To observe clinical effects of tetragenous treatment including acupuncture, cupping, computerized modulated medium frequency and fuming in treating knee joint hyperostosis. Methods: All 230 pa-tients were randomized into two groups. The observation group received acupuncture, cupping, computerized modu-lated medium frequency and fuming, the control group accepted traditional needling and TDP irradiation, once per day, ten times were one course of treatment, clinical effects were compared and studied after two courses of treat-ment. Results: Cure rate and total effective rate of the observation group were 76.67% and 95.56%, higher than 61.33%and 81.33%of the control group. The differences between both groups were notable in cure rate and total ef-fective rate (P<0.05). The observation group was superior to the control group in relieving the pain, functional reha-bilitation and improving kinetism (P<0.05). Conclusion:Tetragenous treatment is effective in treating knee joint hy-perostosis.
