目的：观察水蛭粉合微创颅内血肿清除术(微创术)治疗高血压性脑出血的临床疗效。方法：将79例无凝血功能障碍的患者随机分为治疗组40例与对照组39例，2组均予内科常规治疗，治疗组加服水蛭粉并施以微创术。治疗3周后进行疗效评估。结果：血肿体积、神经功能缺损评分治疗前2组无明差异(P＜0.05)，治疗前后2组组内相比差异显著(P＜0.05)，治疗组改善优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：水蛭粉合微创术治疗高血压性脑出血疗效显著。
목적：관찰수질분합미창로내혈종청제술(미창술)치료고혈압성뇌출혈적림상료효。방법：장79례무응혈공능장애적환자수궤분위치료조40례여대조조39례，2조균여내과상규치료，치료조가복수질분병시이미창술。치료3주후진행료효평고。결과：혈종체적、신경공능결손평분치료전2조무명차이(P＜0.05)，치료전후2조조내상비차이현저(P＜0.05)，치료조개선우우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：수질분합미창술치료고혈압성뇌출혈료효현저。
Objective:To investigate clinical effects of leech powder and evacuation of intracranial hematoma (minimally invasive surgery) in treating hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods:All 79 cases were randomized into 40 cases of the treatment group and 39 cases of the control group, both groups received routine treatment of in-ternal medicine, the treatment group accepted leech powder orally and mini-traumatic operation. Curative effects were evaluated in three weeks. Results:There was no difference between both groups before treating in the volume of hematoma, neurological severity score (NSS) (P<0.05), the difference was notable after treating between before and after treating within one group (P<0.05), the improvement of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:leech powder and minimally invasive surgery are effective in treating hyper-tensive cerebral hemorrhage.
