目的：研究部队健康状况及卫生服务需求与利用的基本情况和特点。方法：采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样法在我国甘南某地区调查了578名军队人员，采用SPSS 12.0软件对调查数据进行统计分析。结果：甘南地区部队官兵的2周患病率、半年慢性病患病率分别为32.35%、20.07%。门诊服务主要集中在团卫生队、联勤部医院和地方医院。结论：本研究调查数据将为部队卫生机构今后更好地开展卫勤保障工作，调整和加强各层次卫生医疗机构的建设提供科学依据。

Objective:To study basic conditions and the characteristics of the needs and utilization of health service. Methods:All 578 military members were investigated with multistage layering cluster random sampling, and the data were analyzed statistically by SPSS12.0. Results:Morbidity rate within two weeks and in half a year of the soldiers were 32.35%and 20.07%. Outpatient service was mainly in regiment medical teams, logistics department hospital and local hospital. Conclusion:The data of the survey could provide scientific evidence for military health a-gencies carrying out military medical support in future, regulating and enhancing the constructions of medical orga-nizations in various levels.
