本实验分别使用经典索氏提取器与全自动索氏提取仪这两种仪器对试样及标液进行萃取,然后使用气相色谱质谱联用仪对提取液进行分析,结果表明全自动索氏提取十溴二苯醚的前处理方法是进行十溴二苯醚测定较优选的方法。

In this experiment, extracting solutions were obtained from samples and standard solutions using classic soxhlet extractor and automatic soxhlet extractor, respectively. Then, the extracting solutions were analyzed by GCMS. The results revealed that the method of automatic soxhlet extractor in extraction was better for Decabromodiphenyl ether determination .
