Structural reliability is one of the most important factors for evaluating the performance of the commercial air conditioners. With continuous development of the finite element method and computation technology, CAE is being applied more and more widely in structural reliability design of the commercial air conditioners. This paper presents CAE analysis technologies and research methods on structural reliability design of commercial air conditions in the practical projects, and also pictures a prospect of CAE application in structural reliability design of commercial air conditions.
