目的观察三维适形调强放疗(IMRT)对大鼠骨细粒棘球蚴原头节的杀灭效果,探讨 IMRT对骨细粒棘球蚴病的治疗有效性。方法选取双股骨骨细粒棘球蚴病大鼠30只,对30只大鼠左侧骨细粒棘球蚴病区给予总剂量为40 Gy的 IMRT放疗,于放疗结束3 d后,取鼠左、右侧股骨细粒棘球蚴原头节,行伊红染色,检测原头节死亡率;采用酶化学染色法检测原头节琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)的活性变化,观察 IMRT对大鼠骨细粒棘球蚴的治疗效果。结果 IMRT作用3 d后,原头节伊红染色结果可观察到,经 IMRT治疗的大鼠左侧股骨的骨细粒棘球蚴原头节整体结构消失,出现深蓝色着色,原头节死亡率为(51.22±19.34)%,远高于未经 IMRT治疗的右侧骨细粒棘球蚴原头节死亡率(3.55±1.97)%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);原头节的琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)检测发现,经 IMRT治疗的大鼠左侧股骨的骨细粒棘球蚴原头节的琥珀酸脱氢酶活性较右侧明显减弱,且左侧骨细粒棘球蚴原头节琥珀酸脱氢酶SDH产物的平均光密度数值为(0.7193±0.1145),远大于右侧的(0.1015±0.0320),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 IMRT可促进鼠骨细粒棘球蚴原头节的死亡,其作用机制可能是通过改变琥珀酸脱氢酶的活性而实现的。

목적관찰삼유괄형조강방료(IMRT)대대서골세립극구유원두절적살멸효과,탐토 IMRT대골세립극구유병적치료유효성。방법선취쌍고골골세립극구유병대서30지,대30지대서좌측골세립극구유병구급여총제량위40 Gy적 IMRT방료,우방료결속3 d후,취서좌、우측고골세립극구유원두절,행이홍염색,검측원두절사망솔;채용매화학염색법검측원두절호박산탈경매(SDH)적활성변화,관찰 IMRT대대서골세립극구유적치료효과。결과 IMRT작용3 d후,원두절이홍염색결과가관찰도,경 IMRT치료적대서좌측고골적골세립극구유원두절정체결구소실,출현심람색착색,원두절사망솔위(51.22±19.34)%,원고우미경 IMRT치료적우측골세립극구유원두절사망솔(3.55±1.97)%,차이유통계학의의(P <0.05);원두절적호박산탈경매(SDH)검측발현,경 IMRT치료적대서좌측고골적골세립극구유원두절적호박산탈경매활성교우측명현감약,차좌측골세립극구유원두절호박산탈경매SDH산물적평균광밀도수치위(0.7193±0.1145),원대우우측적(0.1015±0.0320),차이유통계학의의(P <0.05)。결론 IMRT가촉진서골세립극구유원두절적사망,기작용궤제가능시통과개변호박산탈경매적활성이실현적。
Objective To observe the possibility of the killing effect of intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT)to the protoscolex of bone echinococcosis in rats,and explore the killing effectiveness of IMRT to the protoscolex of bone echinococcosis in rats.Methods 30 purebred bone echinococcosis rats were selected and the left thighbone of the rats were irradiated by the models of intensity modulated radiothera-py,the total irradiation doses were 40 Gy.The left and right samples of protoscolex of bone echinococcosis were taken out from the bone on one week after radiation.All the samples were observed by the Hematox-ylin-Eosin staining and Succinate dehydrogenase.Results Three days later,the IMRT treatment of rats on the left side of the femur bone fine grained spines ball larva had obvious radiation to kill the original head quarter,and didnot appear on the right side without IMRT treatment;The head section of succinate dehydrogenase (SDH),found that the rats on the left side of IMRT treatment of femoral bone fine grained spines ball larva original section head of succinate dehydrogenase activity is on the right side decreased sig-nificantly.Conclusion It is evident that the IMRT can promote rat bone fine grained spines ball larva orig-inal section head of death,its mechanism may be through changing the activity of succinate dehydrogenase.
