目的：探讨经皮单侧椎体成形术（percutaneous vertebroplasty，PVP）治疗骨质疏松新鲜胸腰椎压缩性骨折（vertebral compression fracture，VCF）的手术配合方法。方法术前做好环境、设备、仪器及特殊材料的充分准备，做好病人的心理护理；正确安置病人的手术体位，56例均采用局麻，俯卧位，手术椎体范围 T10～L4；按流程规范操控 C 型臂 X 线数字影像系统；严格掌握骨水泥的调配技巧。结果56例骨质疏松新鲜胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者经皮单侧椎体成形手术均成功，骨水泥无渗漏，分布均匀，超过椎体中线，成功率为100％，无护理相关并发症发生，术后2～48 h 病人疼痛缓解或消失。结论经皮单侧椎体成形手术是治疗骨质疏松新鲜胸腰椎压缩性骨折的有效方法，术前准备充分，手术人员默契及有条不紊的术中配合是病人安全和手术成功的重要保证，对延长生命、提高生活质量起着重要作用。
목적：탐토경피단측추체성형술（percutaneous vertebroplasty，PVP）치료골질소송신선흉요추압축성골절（vertebral compression fracture，VCF）적수술배합방법。방법술전주호배경、설비、의기급특수재료적충분준비，주호병인적심리호리；정학안치병인적수술체위，56례균채용국마，부와위，수술추체범위 T10～L4；안류정규범조공 C 형비 X 선수자영상계통；엄격장악골수니적조배기교。결과56례골질소송신선흉요추압축성골절환자경피단측추체성형수술균성공，골수니무삼루，분포균균，초과추체중선，성공솔위100％，무호리상관병발증발생，술후2～48 h 병인동통완해혹소실。결론경피단측추체성형수술시치료골질소송신선흉요추압축성골절적유효방법，술전준비충분，수술인원묵계급유조불문적술중배합시병인안전화수술성공적중요보증，대연장생명、제고생활질량기착중요작용。
Objective To analyze operative cooperation and nursing care in 56 cases of percutaneous unilat-eral vertebral plasty surgery.Methods We made full preparations about operation environment,and oper-ation equipments,instruments and materials needed in operation were get ready before operations.The mental state of patients was carefully attended to.The patients postures were corrected.We applied local anesthesia in 56 patients.The operation vertebral scope is T10 -L4;C arm X-ray digital imaging was con-trolled according to the process manual;bone cement mixing technique was skillfully mastered.Results The percutaneous unilateral vertebral plasty surgery operations were all successful in 56 patients with oste-oporosis fresh thoracolumbar compression fractures.There was no leakage of bone cement and bone cement was well-distributed.The success rate is 100%,without related complications.The patients′pain was relieved and disappeared within 2 hours and 48 hours after operations.Conclusion Percutaneous uni-lateral vertebral angioplasty is an effective method in the treatment of osteoporosis fresh thoracolumbar compression fractures.The success of operation and patients′quick recovery depends largely on such fac-tors as the full preparation before operations, the cooperation between doctors and nurses during operations and the careful nursing after operations.The operative cooperation and careful nursing play a very important role in extending patients′life and improving patients′life quality.
