目的:结合当前新疆地区医疗机构中临床医师规范化培训制度和高校医学生培养模式的发展现状,了解新疆某医科大学各附属医疗机构2009-2013年少数民族与汉族临床医师岗位胜任能力的差异,分析其相关影响因素。方法根据各附属医疗机构的综合发展状况,共选取5所三级甲等医疗机构和1所二级甲等医疗机构,对上述医疗机构中的民、汉族临床医师和科室主任发放调查问卷。定量资料采用 SPSS16.0软件进行统计学分析。结果汉族和少数民族临床医师的病史采集与医疗文书书写、体格检查与辅助检查、手术方案制定、诊疗操作、临床思维、医疗理论知识水平、临床带教与科研能力、临床相关态度等方面差异均无统计学意义(P >0.05)。结论随着附属医疗机构中,医师执业和培训制度以及临床实践环境的改善,借助国内外优秀的临床医师培训方法和模式,再结合新疆某医科大学对少数民族医学生从入校本科阶段开始推行的“民汉教育一体化”培养模式,切实提高了少数民族临床医师在更高层次的研究生培养阶段和进入医疗机构执业时的综合素质,使之具备良好的岗位胜任能力。
目的:結閤噹前新疆地區醫療機構中臨床醫師規範化培訓製度和高校醫學生培養模式的髮展現狀,瞭解新疆某醫科大學各附屬醫療機構2009-2013年少數民族與漢族臨床醫師崗位勝任能力的差異,分析其相關影響因素。方法根據各附屬醫療機構的綜閤髮展狀況,共選取5所三級甲等醫療機構和1所二級甲等醫療機構,對上述醫療機構中的民、漢族臨床醫師和科室主任髮放調查問捲。定量資料採用 SPSS16.0軟件進行統計學分析。結果漢族和少數民族臨床醫師的病史採集與醫療文書書寫、體格檢查與輔助檢查、手術方案製定、診療操作、臨床思維、醫療理論知識水平、臨床帶教與科研能力、臨床相關態度等方麵差異均無統計學意義(P >0.05)。結論隨著附屬醫療機構中,醫師執業和培訓製度以及臨床實踐環境的改善,藉助國內外優秀的臨床醫師培訓方法和模式,再結閤新疆某醫科大學對少數民族醫學生從入校本科階段開始推行的“民漢教育一體化”培養模式,切實提高瞭少數民族臨床醫師在更高層次的研究生培養階段和進入醫療機構執業時的綜閤素質,使之具備良好的崗位勝任能力。
목적:결합당전신강지구의료궤구중림상의사규범화배훈제도화고교의학생배양모식적발전현상,료해신강모의과대학각부속의료궤구2009-2013년소수민족여한족림상의사강위성임능력적차이,분석기상관영향인소。방법근거각부속의료궤구적종합발전상황,공선취5소삼급갑등의료궤구화1소이급갑등의료궤구,대상술의료궤구중적민、한족림상의사화과실주임발방조사문권。정량자료채용 SPSS16.0연건진행통계학분석。결과한족화소수민족림상의사적병사채집여의료문서서사、체격검사여보조검사、수술방안제정、진료조작、림상사유、의료이론지식수평、림상대교여과연능력、림상상관태도등방면차이균무통계학의의(P >0.05)。결론수착부속의료궤구중,의사집업화배훈제도이급림상실천배경적개선,차조국내외우수적림상의사배훈방법화모식,재결합신강모의과대학대소수민족의학생종입교본과계단개시추행적“민한교육일체화”배양모식,절실제고료소수민족림상의사재경고층차적연구생배양계단화진입의료궤구집업시적종합소질,사지구비량호적강위성임능력。
Objective To find out the differences and the impact elements in post competency between Han doctors and minority doctors in affiliated hospitals of one medical university by analyzing the clinician standardized training system and the status quo of the training mode of medical college students.Methods Based on the general development of each affiliated hospital,the study firstly selected 5 first-class hospi-tals and one second-class hospital,and then issued the questionnaires to Han and minority clinicians and directors of medical departments,finally analyzed the quantitative data with SPSS16.0,and the statistical inference included,Chi-square test and F test.Results The results of questionnaires showed that there was no significant difference in history-taking,medical record writing,physical examination,assistant check-up,surgery scheme,diagnosis operation skills,clinical thinking,acknowledgement of medical theo-ry,clinical teaching and scientific research,and other clinical relative attitude between Han and Minority doctors (P >0.05).Conclusion The doctors qualification test and the improvement in training system, together with the introduction of the advanced clinician training modes abroad and the implement of “Inte-grative education of Minority and Chinese”for minority medical students at the beginning of undergraduate study enabled minority postgraduates to improve their doctors′competency.
