目的：了解新疆额敏县医院及于田县医院医务人员对医院感染知识的掌握情况和院感专职人员对医院感染管理的认知情况。方法自行编制问卷调查表，采用横断面研究方法对额敏县人民医院和于田县人民医院367名临床及护理人员对医院感染管理与控制认知情况进行问卷调查。结果（1）2所医院医务人员对医院感染管理的认知度均较高，但仍有待提高；（2）在突发性公共卫生事件的上报时限方面，于田县医院医务人员认知度＜85％；（3）额敏县医院医务人员对于医院感染病例的诊断标准、标准防护及突发性公共卫生事件的上报时限的知晓率高于于田县医院；（4）2所医院在医院感染知识专项培训、感染病人抗菌药物使用及医院感染控制方法方面差异有统计学意义。结论开展对各级各类医务人员的医院感染知识及相关法律法规知识培训是提高医疗质量、保障医疗安全、保证患者健康的当务之急。
목적：료해신강액민현의원급우전현의원의무인원대의원감염지식적장악정황화원감전직인원대의원감염관리적인지정황。방법자행편제문권조사표，채용횡단면연구방법대액민현인민의원화우전현인민의원367명림상급호리인원대의원감염관리여공제인지정황진행문권조사。결과（1）2소의원의무인원대의원감염관리적인지도균교고，단잉유대제고；（2）재돌발성공공위생사건적상보시한방면，우전현의원의무인원인지도＜85％；（3）액민현의원의무인원대우의원감염병례적진단표준、표준방호급돌발성공공위생사건적상보시한적지효솔고우우전현의원；（4）2소의원재의원감염지식전항배훈、감염병인항균약물사용급의원감염공제방법방면차이유통계학의의。결론개전대각급각류의무인원적의원감염지식급상관법율법규지식배훈시제고의료질량、보장의료안전、보증환자건강적당무지급。
Objective To understand the hospital infection mastery situation of hospital medical staffs,and the hospital infection management cognitive situation of full-time staffs in Er Min county and Yu Tian county hospital in Xinjiang;to find out the differences and come up with several improvement measures. Methods The cross-sectional study method is adopted to all clinical and nursing personnel in the people's hospital of Er min county and Yu Tian county to do the questionnaire survey,and do statistical analysis. Results (1)The awareness of hospital infection management of two hospital medical staffs were higher, but need further to be improved;(2)In terms of sudden public health incident reporting time limit,Yu Tian county hospital medical staff awareness was lower than <85%;(3)The awareness of hospital infec-tion diagnostic criteria,standards,protection and sudden public health incident reporting time of Er Min county hospital medical staffs was higher than Yu Tian county hospital;(4)Two hospitals in the hospital infection knowledge training,hospital infection management,infection control method of antibacterial drug use and hospital infection in patients have several differences.Conclusion Hospital of medical per-sonnel at various levels and the sense of knowledge and relevant laws and regulations knowledge training are important to improve quality,protect the safety of medical treatment,and ensure patients health.
