目的：分析永久起搏器植入术后患者长期程控随访的临床结果。方法回顾性分析新疆医科大学第一附属医院综合心脏内科416例植入永久性起搏器后患者术后随访及程控资料，随访时间1～5 a，内容包括患者的临床症状、起搏器故障发生情况，行多导联心电图、胸部 X 线及超声心动图等检查，根据需要对部分患者调整起搏参数和重新手术处理。结果程控随访过程中发现各种起搏功能障碍及随访中的并发症31例，经过调整参数和重新手术处理均得到满意转归。结论对永久性起搏器植入患者的定期程控随访至关重要，可及时发现和处理永久性起搏器相关的起搏故障和并发症，使患者得到更好的疗效。
목적：분석영구기박기식입술후환자장기정공수방적림상결과。방법회고성분석신강의과대학제일부속의원종합심장내과416례식입영구성기박기후환자술후수방급정공자료，수방시간1～5 a，내용포괄환자적림상증상、기박기고장발생정황，행다도련심전도、흉부 X 선급초성심동도등검사，근거수요대부분환자조정기박삼수화중신수술처리。결과정공수방과정중발현각충기박공능장애급수방중적병발증31례，경과조정삼수화중신수술처리균득도만의전귀。결론대영구성기박기식입환자적정기정공수방지관중요，가급시발현화처리영구성기박기상관적기박고장화병발증，사환자득도경호적료효。
Objective To analyze the clinical results in patients with long-term programming and follow-up after their permanent cardiac pacemaker implantation. Methods Retrospective analysis on the postoperative clinical data and conventional 1 - 5 year follow-up data was conducted based on 416 cases with permanent pacemaker implantation in the First Affiliated Hospital to Xinjiang Medical University. The follow-up data included the patients′clinical symptoms,the occurrence of pacing dysfunction,electro-cardiogram,chest radiography and ultrasonic cardiogram.Results 31 cases with pacemaker dysfunction and complications in the follow-up were found and all normal pacemaker function was recovered with the pacing parameter adjustment and new operation.Conclusion The long-term programming and follow-up in patients with pacemaker implantation was of great importance,which can detect pacing dysfunction and re-lated complications.
