目的:建立牛至中迷迭香酸含量的 HPLC 测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定牛至中迷迭香酸的含量。色谱条件:Kromasil C18柱(4.6 mm ×150 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-1.5%乙酸水(38∶62),流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为330 nm,柱温25℃。结果迷迭香酸峰面积与进样量在0.3321~1.6605μg 范围内有良好的线性关系(r =0.9999),平均回收率为98.96%,RSD 为1.09%(n =6)。10个产地的牛至中迷迭香酸含量为8.13~15.74 mg/g。结论HPLC 法操作简单、准确可靠,可用于牛至中迷迭香酸含量的测定。

목적:건립우지중미질향산함량적 HPLC 측정방법。방법채용고효액상색보법(HPLC)측정우지중미질향산적함량。색보조건:Kromasil C18주(4.6 mm ×150 mm,5μm),류동상위갑순-1.5%을산수(38∶62),류속위1.0 mL/min,검측파장위330 nm,주온25℃。결과미질향산봉면적여진양량재0.3321~1.6605μg 범위내유량호적선성관계(r =0.9999),평균회수솔위98.96%,RSD 위1.09%(n =6)。10개산지적우지중미질향산함량위8.13~15.74 mg/g。결론HPLC 법조작간단、준학가고,가용우우지중미질향산함량적측정。
Objective To establish a method for the content determination of Rosmarinic acid inOriganum vulgare L..Methods The content of Rosmarinic acid was detected by HPLC.The separation was carried out on a Kromasil C18 column (150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase was Methanol-1.5% Acetic acid solution (38∶62);the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min;the detective wavelength was set at 330 nm.The column temperature was 25 ℃.Results The calibration curve showed good linearity over the range of 0.332 1-1.660 5 μg (r =0.999 9).The average recovery was 98.96% with RSD 1.09% (n =6).The content of Rosmarinic acid in Origanum vulgare L.from 10 different regions were between to 8.13-15.74 mg/g. Conclusion This method was rapid,accurate,reliable;it could be used as a determination of Rosmarinic acid in Origanum vulgare L..
