以硬阔叶材柞木为研究对象,通过研究预热处理时间对锯材干燥质量和干燥速度的影响为制定节能预处理干燥工艺提供依据。结果表明:在相同条件下,25 mm厚的柞木锯材经常规预热处理(预热3.25 h)与预热2 h的干燥速度之间没有明显差异;预热2 h的锯材干燥质量能够达到GB/T 6491-2012《锯材干燥质量》规定的二级标准。
以硬闊葉材柞木為研究對象,通過研究預熱處理時間對鋸材榦燥質量和榦燥速度的影響為製定節能預處理榦燥工藝提供依據。結果錶明:在相同條件下,25 mm厚的柞木鋸材經常規預熱處理(預熱3.25 h)與預熱2 h的榦燥速度之間沒有明顯差異;預熱2 h的鋸材榦燥質量能夠達到GB/T 6491-2012《鋸材榦燥質量》規定的二級標準。

With hardwood oak as research object, the effect of preheating processing time on sawn timber drying quality and drying speed is studied to provide basis for energy-saving pretreatment drying process. The result shows that under the same working conditions, there is no significant difference in the drying speed of 25 mm thick oak sawn lumber that has gone through conventional preheat treatment(3.25 h preheat) and 2 h preheat;the drying quality of sawn timber that goes through 2 h preheat can reach the Grade II standard of GB/T 6491 Sawn Timber Drying Quality.
