由于测绘项目需要在野外工作，且具有工作流动性、单一性，资料保密性、特殊性等特点，使得测绘单位与其他工业、工厂、食品生产单位相比，管理更具复杂性。尤其是一些大型工程，如西部无人区测图、全国1∶50000地形图数据库更新、青海东部黄河谷地百万亩土地开发整理、陕西秦岭1∶10000无图区等测绘项目，施工过程中若有一点疏忽甚至微小的纰漏就会造成重大工程质量问题。近几年来，国内工程项目质量不合格现象频频发生，形势比较严峻。笔者结合测绘项目的特点提出运用“一法三化”进行测绘质量项目管理的管理理念。
由于測繪項目需要在野外工作，且具有工作流動性、單一性，資料保密性、特殊性等特點，使得測繪單位與其他工業、工廠、食品生產單位相比，管理更具複雜性。尤其是一些大型工程，如西部無人區測圖、全國1∶50000地形圖數據庫更新、青海東部黃河穀地百萬畝土地開髮整理、陝西秦嶺1∶10000無圖區等測繪項目，施工過程中若有一點疏忽甚至微小的紕漏就會造成重大工程質量問題。近幾年來，國內工程項目質量不閤格現象頻頻髮生，形勢比較嚴峻。筆者結閤測繪項目的特點提齣運用“一法三化”進行測繪質量項目管理的管理理唸。
유우측회항목수요재야외공작，차구유공작류동성、단일성，자료보밀성、특수성등특점，사득측회단위여기타공업、공엄、식품생산단위상비，관리경구복잡성。우기시일사대형공정，여서부무인구측도、전국1∶50000지형도수거고경신、청해동부황하곡지백만무토지개발정리、협서진령1∶10000무도구등측회항목，시공과정중약유일점소홀심지미소적비루취회조성중대공정질량문제。근궤년래，국내공정항목질량불합격현상빈빈발생，형세비교엄준。필자결합측회항목적특점제출운용“일법삼화”진행측회질량항목관리적관리이념。
Due to the need to work in the field of surveying and mapping project , and has the liquidity and oneness , data confidential-ity and particularity, make compared with other industrial units , factories, food production, management has more complexity .Espe-cially in some big projects , such as no man's land mapping , the national western 1∶50 000 topographic map database updating , east of the Yellow River valley in Qinghai one million mu of land development and consolidation project , Shaanxi Qinling 1∶10 000 surveying and mapping projects , such as construction process if there is a little insufficient neglect even small details can cause huge engineering quality problems .In recent years , the domestic engineering project quality problems occurred frequently , the situation is strict .This paper combined with the characteristics of surveying and mapping project \"a method of three\"for the management of the quality of surveying and mapping project management concept .
