随着城市信息化进程的不断加快，“智慧城市”一词已经逐渐走入了人们的生活[1]。其代表了信息技术、通信技术、物联网技术、3S技术以及科学管理，是未来城市发展的必然趋势。智慧城市信息服务体系构建质量的提高对于推动城市智慧化进程具有重要的现实意义。笔者首先对智慧城市信息服务系统的相关概念进行阐述，然后重点探索智慧城市信息服务体系的构建。希望能够对有关的城市规划者有所帮助。
