九自由度运动模拟器动态测试是交会对接中的一个关键技术,本文针对双相机高精度工业测量系统在模拟器动态测试应用中开展一定深度的研究,并通过交会对接视觉姿态检测软件进行了深入的实验和精度评定工作。实验证明,直线度误差为±0.37 mm,距离误差为±0.406 mm;点位精度优于1.200 mm,二者均具有测试速度快、测量精度高的优势,可以很好地满足交会对接动态测试技术中测量结果实时性的要求。
九自由度運動模擬器動態測試是交會對接中的一箇關鍵技術,本文針對雙相機高精度工業測量繫統在模擬器動態測試應用中開展一定深度的研究,併通過交會對接視覺姿態檢測軟件進行瞭深入的實驗和精度評定工作。實驗證明,直線度誤差為±0.37 mm,距離誤差為±0.406 mm;點位精度優于1.200 mm,二者均具有測試速度快、測量精度高的優勢,可以很好地滿足交會對接動態測試技術中測量結果實時性的要求。

The dynamic test of nine degrees of freedom movement simulator is a key technique in the space rendezvous and docking . In this text, the study on the binocular stereo system is implemented deeply in the application of the dynamic test about simulator , and an in-depth experiment is developed through the soft , that the straightness error and the range error are respectively ±0.37 mm, 0. 406 mm, and the measurement precision of points coordinates (RMS) precedes 1.2 mm.The test indicates that the above two meas-urement systems possess of various excellences , and both are provided with expeditiousness of calculation , which satisfies the demand of real-time in the RVD.The result proves that it is practicable absolutely that high -precision vision measurement is adopted in the dynamic test of nine degrees of freedom movement simulator .
